ITS SORT OF LIKE A CROP TOP

I never thought I was much of a beach person - until I realized I could still be cool wearing heels and some leather down Abbot Kinney.

There were days when I was much younger that I thought I could be a beach kid. I surfed (once. in hawaii.), I liked to run around in two-pieces and loved me some bonfires. However, that life never actually came to life so here I am, years beyond my "beach kid" phase still yearning to grab my board and hit the waves. I wish. HOWEVER, there is something so relaxing about beach life that I needed taste of.

My lovely friend Sabrina, whom takes these saucy photos, just moved down to Venice so it was a great opportunity to check out her neighborhood. I'd been down to Abbot Kinney multiple times but never did I:
1.) ride a bike in the neighborhood to Abbot
2.) Explore the little nooks and crannies
3.) ride a bike. down a street.
Reiteration is key here. We ended up shooting two of my go-to looks while we were down there because I was so obsessed with the neighborhood. I loved that I didn't feel out of place wearing heels instead of flip flops. Plus, the vibe was so chill. Maybe I could live down there.... nah.
